Living Well Plus is a certified self-care medical device developed by an international team of clinicians, psycho-oncologists, and psychiatrists to address the gap in insufficient behavioral and psychological care for cancer patients.

It is a unique combination of a self-care Digital Program (mobile app) and Personal Support (Tele-Coaching) that delivers the care patients need cost-effectively, conveniently, instantly, and reliably.

Through a 90-day course using mindfulness interventions, healthy habit-building techniques, and health-coach support, Living Well Plus alleviates cancer-related anxiety and symptoms of depression to improve Patients’ quality of life, and overall outcomes.

The app's program is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most effective, scientifically validated approaches in today's psycho-oncology. Furthermore, the app's effectiveness is continuously assessed through clinical trials, real-world data, and user experience analyses to ensure it provides the necessary support.

Living Well Plus is geared toward adult Patients and cancer survivors of all cancer types. It can be used in conjunction with other psychological interventions or on its own.

Living Well Plus is a CE-certified, class I digital medical device, compliant with the European Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR). Certification is proof of compliance with the highest European standards for quality and multi-dimensional user safety.

Patient data is stored and processed following the highest standards in data security and protection for medical devices (ISO/IEC 27001, EU GDPR) to ensure that patients' data is safe and only accessible to authorized users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy below for detailed information.

Furthermore, Living Well Plus was designed and developed in accordance with ISO 13485 (Quality Management System for Medical Devices).

The app's safety has also been scientifically validated. Living Well Plus is currently undergoing validation in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) conducted in the US and Poland. Additionally, two intensive pilot studies were conducted in Poland and Germany on female cancer patients experiencing high levels of depression and/or anxiety (April and June 2023, respectively; results are already available). The primary objective of our studies is to evaluate the effectiveness of our digital healthcare solutions (Living Well, as an example) in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and distress among cancer patients.

The program's effectiveness is continuously assessed also through real-world data and user experience analysis to ensure it delivers the support needed.

Living Well Plus provides relevant psychological support to cancer Patients from the moment of diagnosis that helps them regain control over their well-being. It relieves cancer-related stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms and, thus, improves their quality of life, and overall outcomes.

With its well-defined, therapeutic, CBT-based therapeutic Program, Living Well provides one of the most effective, evidence-based approaches in today’s psycho-oncology. The way that each Patient responds to that distress is highly subjective, and their negative emotional and behavioral responses are more related to illness perception than their objective medical state. CBT interventions target such maladaptive thinking to improve Patients’ cognitive picture of the disease and, therefore, their behavior and quality of life. 

The therapeutic program of Living Well Plus is grounded in medical expertise compiled in an extensive bibliography. We continuously expand it with the latest research and scientific publications, which serve as the foundation for updates to the program. ● patients undergoing cancer treatment at any stage,

The above-mentioned groups can have different symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression or reduced quality of life (feeling of helplessness, insomnia, lack of energy, constant fatigue), which can be alleviated with Living Well Plus.

The product can also be a valuable source of support for family members in coping emotionally with the illness.

Living Well Plus contains a 3-month program. In order to have the best program experience, you should use the device at least 3 times a week. If your mental state does not improve over 6 weeks or your symptoms worsen during this time, you should contact your doctor.

Living Well Plus should only be used in accordance with its intended use and shall not be used by patients:

● with suicidal thoughts,
● with visual and hearing impairments,
● with cognitive impairments,
● with dementia,
● with severe mental, psychological and psychiatric disorders,
● with traumatic brain injury,
● with organic brain disorder,
● with severe surgical complications,
● with intelligence deficiencies,
● with alcohol or drug abuse,
● with bipolar disease and schizophrenia,
● with psychotic or manic episodes,
● with a history of cardiovascular diseases.

Living Well Plus shall not be used by children.

There are no known side effects from the use of Living Well Plus. However, if your mental health does not improve during the use of the product or if it deteriorates rapidly, you should contact your doctor and/or psychotherapist.

Unfortunately, no. An internet connection is required to access and use the app's content. However, some materials can be downloaded and viewed offline later.

Please request the deletion of your account via the app:

1. Tap on the Profile tab ->
2. Select Settings (gear icon in the top right) ->
3. Select My Account ->
4. Tap Delete Account.

Please note that once you submit the request to delete your account, you will lose access to the app completely. We will also delete all data associated with your account. You may optionally share the reason for your account deletion. Once the request is submitted, we will delete your account and data within 30 calendar days.
